Registered to ISO:9001 since 1998, we aggressively continue our efforts to truly improve our products and processes to better serve our customers.

Using proven tools such as SPC, DOE and six sigma techniques, our team methodically works through the product design and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for enhanced quality assurance.

When we do make a mistake, our first goal is to do whatever is necessary to relieve our customer’s pain.

We then use this experience to review our system and strengthen it by implementing and verifying an effective corrective action.

ISO/IEC 17025:2005:

The test lab of Sturges Manufacturing Company is now accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by the Laboratory Accreditation Bureau to perform tests for personal energy absorbers used in fall protection equipment.  The testing involves both static and dynamic testing to ensure the performance of the energy absorbers meets ANSI standards.
